Sought legal counsel from Finegold. She Stated to add assets for sponsorship issue. Did just that and motion to reopen/reconsider was still denied. I wouldn’t recommend her because on a simple issue it should have been successful given the legal advice I was given but it was not.

Anytime we needed to talk to my husbands lawyer, he was unavailable. We had an appointment at the office, and they called us when we were 20 minutes away saying that they had to cancel the appointment, when we live 2 hours away.
