Customer service was terrible. I’m not a cowboy but I wanted some boots and they could not seem more insufferable to help. Is this how all stores are?
I appreciate the gesture to provide a discount on a hat, but I can’t accept it. I took 2 hats, one straw and one felt, to get reshaped. Ecstatic to have received both skillfully shaped, I was upset to see my straw had dye stains. After being bothered by it being in the front of the brim, I contacted Support on their website. I was contacted and asked to bring in my hat. Immediately, I was blamed for staining it and trying to pin it on them.
