We have been coming to this store for a few years. Always have had great experiences until today. August 22nd around noon and first off there was no one to be found when we were ready to check out. No one greeted us or helped. Everyone was very rude which made for a disappointing experience. When the lady finally came to the cash register she was extremely rude (reddish curly hair.) Came in for some quick help with a hat that had lost its shape, on a way to a music performing gig where I needed to wear it in Jackson Hole. They kindly helped us out by streaming the hat back into shape! Thank you so much!
Customer service was non-existent. The clerks had very important things to do on their phones. Had to size my feet and find a pair of boots on my own. At least they had boots I liked.
Walked in and the little gals are so helpful. Did not push us to buy anything and talked with us about our dogs. We came from Tucson Arizona thank you ladies for the experience of very welcoming gals .
I am not country at all. I went with my friend and I actually enjoyed the stuff they had. I would even purchase things from there and it is not my style. People were friendly and it was very cool.
