Went to go in they are supposedly "open" even had the signs on and the door says open but went to go in and it was closed. If yall ain't open dont have your signs on and put it online and change the door hours. Ridiculous
Great selection of hats and boots throughout the line for men, women and children. However, I struggled finding a pair that was a good fit. The different boot shapes and manufacturing companies changed the way the boot fit my foot even on the same size. The staff were unable to give any info on which companies or styles ran smaller or larger and the lack of expertise was disappointing.
Someone tell the manager they need better help! Customer service is TERRIBLE. They have a great selection of merch but the employees are so disinterested in helping customers. Came in to buy show stuff for my daughter, I found a saddle she liked but couldnt get anyone to assist. I could've easily spent a couple thousand today, instead I drive down to Riverside Boot & Saddle, spent $2100 and I'll never go back to Vickers.
