RecommendedAda was extremely helpful and was a joy to work with as we purchased my wife's first saddle, headstall, and various accoutrements.
My wife and I, fairly new to Twin Falls, dropped in on a whim, just to check the place out. Maggie greeted us at the door and offered to help me try on a couple of stetsons as the other half looked at purses etc. We took a good look around, chatted with a couple of other employees, and I ended up with a great looking cover which is made right here in the USA. We will be back, 5 stars for sure!
Katie did a phenomenal job helping us out today. We were looking for boots and hats and even though we did not end up finding anything in the right size, she did everything she could to help us out. We would come here for everything if we lived in the area!!! Stores like these deserve to be supported over larger retail stores. Amazing customer service.
I live in Washington, and was trying to find a wade saddle for my hard to fit gelding. My friend had several brands, and the Vickers fit best( over saddles that cost 3 times the amount). We only had a almost worn out serial number to figure out which tree that saddle was. I contacted them, and within minutes, had a response from Katie. She answered all my questions.
