I have been using this company for years because their moss products are the best but I tried to place an order yesterday and was informed I would be paying 25% tariff fee. The problem is the moss is not imported so should not have a tariff on it. When I brought this up to the sales person she informed me it was to offset the items that do have a tariff. NO NO NO. The purpose of the tariff is to buy American. TOTAL RIP OFF and nothing more than an excuse to make additional money. Plus she quoted 30% shipping charges.
