This was my first time ordering from the open box portion of the site. I ordered 4 trees and 2 of them the lights did not fully function. I worked with Daniel Guevara, and the warranty team. He was very thorough and communicated with me every step. I was sent 2 new trees to replace the ones that didn't work and also sent return labels to return the none working trees. I truly appreciate his help and Vickerman's superb customer service.
We worked with Randy Schuster at Vickerman on a project, and from the beginning it was clear that he’s a true professional. Great communication and transparency throughout the entire process really made everything go smoothly, and I would highly recommend working with Randy and Vickerman. A+!!!
Cheap poorly made products. The tree we purchased does not match the photos or the description on the listing and has a terrible chemical odor. When I contacted Vickerman about the issues they first offered me 20% off to keep it, then they said I could return it if I paid $64.00 for return shipping. They also said I can not return it without a RMA# which will accompany the return shipping label.
Beautiful trees, lots of variety. Hard to choose one, but I’m glad I went with Vickerman :)
