Yon and Max! Above normal customer service… after a small crash we had a bent derailleur hanger… 10 mins to close we ran in asking for a repair, they were busy closing up / securing all the rentals… but they stopped and made the bike right!! No complaints not even a side eye… because of this we got to continue to ride! Great to have support willing to help!
I’ve rented bikes from Vicious twice - July 2023 and June 2026, and always had a great experience. This most recent instance, Basile was very helpful in setting up my bike for me, including installing the pedals I’d brought from home. I was also happy to see Max who had helped me last time. Everyone is helpful when discussing nearby trails to check out. I’m not much of a mountain bike person, more gravel and road, but there’s still so much you can do near Jasper.
