I came in for a small cosmetic treatment and felt a bit shy at first, but they were very warm and easy to talk to! They took the time to explain everything clearly, and the place and equipment were very clean. What stood out most was how much time they give you. In a healthcare system that often feels rushed, they actually sit with you, listen, and make you feel like no concern is too small. Their experience really shows, and the consultation was very informative.
