I saw Ada a week ago and then I saw Crystal. Crystal was equally amazing, the massage hit every spot that was causing my sciatica pain that was radiating down my leg. It’s been two weeks and no sciatic pain, so happy especially after 13 months of different Physio’s. Now I go once a week to loosen up the muscles in the lower part of my body. Thank you Ada and Crystal, you are both amazing. Thank you for listening and being gentle.

Ada gave me an incredible massage today. She worked patiently on hundreds of knotty, tight muscles and it has made a tremendous difference.
I saw Jason today as I have had lower back and neck issues from my job. He explained why my lower back was stiff and helped me to understand the cause of the problem as well as showing me certain stretches to alleviate the stiffness. His skills and knowledge are first class and highly recommend to anyone not only to look for someone to fix their pain but how to resolve the cause. Very professional, friendly and will be going back again.
