This is the second year I have done a course with Vic First Aid and have had the absolute best trainer, cannot speak highly enough about him, fingers crossed he is still instructing when I am due for my next CPR refresher also :)
I had a good experience going through the training with Frank. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful in learning the right techniques and created a comfortable environment. The session was around 5 hours, but it didn't feel as long because Frank was quite engaging and he made the session informative and interesting. Appreciate his dedication towards the training session. Thank you Frank!
We had a really good trainer whom made the training a great experience. Yvonne helped out when required and made the session informative and easy and relaxed for a Saturday session of 4.5hrs. Thankyou again kerrie
