I was at a CPR Refresher course being held by Vic First Aid. Our instructor Yvonne was very prompt, and very helpful in getting us all qualified and competent again. With a few quick witted jokes and a smile Yvonne made the group feel quite comfortable and eased us into the training. I would recommend Vic First Aid for the future

I recently attended a CPR refresher course with Yvonne as our trainer, and it was excellent. Yvonne covered all the content very clearly and thoroughly, making it easy to follow and remember. She balanced the practical and theoretical parts really well, and created a supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and practicing the skills. It was wonderful training session, got hands on all first aid and CPR devices and aids and the trainer Frank is amazing person . We had this session at Taylor’s Lake.
