Went in the Harmonic Egg for the first time in November 2023, based on recommendations from family members. Although I didn’t notice any difference right away, I was asked, what did I do, as people noticed a change in me. I had a surgery about 10 days later and recovery was amazing. I booked another session with Fran, she provides positive, and helpful information, you can’t help but feel better when you are done. Do not hesitate to try something new, it could be exactly what you need and didn’t know.

Life can be so busy and tough to keep up with all the demands in your day. This session again allowed me time to be with myself in the moment and creating a calm gentle recentering for my mind and body. Such great maintenance to help with my life. thanks Franni as usual great time !
As most of my friends know shortly before Elsbeth was born I was hospitalized in an emergent situation due to two pulmonary embolisms and a hay followed after admittance, delivery and postpartum left me with extreme PTSD.
