I don't recommend this Citrus Heights facility. Their staff named Reina or Rayna(Unsure of how it is spelled) is one of the rudest people I have encountered. I am a nurse and I have been in the healthcare industry for 11 years. As soon as I spoke with her she told me that she has been calling me since last week and made it seem like I was such an inconvenience to her at her job. Horrible customer service! Called and schedule for this particular location. Call back day before to make sure the appointment still good. I was told that my name is not even on the schedule or anywhere else by one representative another representative told me that somebody was trying to get in touch with us but there's different phone number in their system when I asked to speak to manager somebody else got on the phones and that she is a supervisor and the only person by name Kevin she knows which is a regional manager and... read more
