Vibrant care rehabilitation has been PHENOMENAL in my ACL recovery journey. They continuously progressed me forward while also ensuring I was never in pain. Misty monitored movements while also pushing me to be independent. I would not be running, jumping, and squatting on my new ACL without her and the team.
I’d like to give a shout out to Keenan, Eulla, Alex and Chris. They have been very helpful and supportive. Keenan is very knowledgeable about my knee and therapy needs.
Bad first time experience. Never even got to start therapy. First they denied my treatment which was for PT/OT post ORIF upper arm. I was shocked since they were rehab but apparently only the 3 sites in the Bay Area does treatment for that. Then my Dr sent another referral and they accepted. 🤷♀️ Not sure what the difference was this time. But when I went in for the first time, because I was only 3 minutes early for my appt and not 15+ minutes to sign about only 5 forms which shouldn’t take 15+ minutes, they canceled my app... read more
