Friendly staff, knowledgeable PT and PTAs who are thorough in their explanations of the exercises.
Well, maybe the therapist are great, but I can't say the same about the front desk, the receptionist. Here is my story. I broke my wrist and it was not a clean break, had a surgery, plate was put in, all that. I was looking for a PT close to my house, got a referral from the doctor. Someone from Vibrant called me, we scheduled the appointment, everything went well.
