I have been seeing Ash about once a month for the last year, initially to help with recovery from surgery. She always takes time to ask how things are progressing and adjusts treatments based on that feedback. In addition to helping with my recovery, I always look forward to down time focused on relieving stress which Ash does expertly. I highly recommend giving her a try.

I am so grateful to have found Ash a few years ago. I have had many sessions of Reiki massage and she truly works wonders! Ash's calm presence is palpable. I feel more peaceful just walking into her studio. I have a lot of neck and upper back pain and Ash is 100% invested in aiming treatment at specific needs.
