Jessica has been an absolute blessing. About two years ago, I began having reactions to pork that started as nausea and vomiting several hours after eating. Over time, the reactions became much more severe, occurring within 30 minutes and feeling like food poisoning. Jessica tested me for pork, beef, and Alpha-gal, and all three came back positive.
