Your customer service in pathetic. How do you sit there and tell me I don't pay a bill out of my account when I use my app. each month and it has my account number right there? 10 minutes of you telling me that it comes out of my husband's checking acctwhen we do not even have access to each other's account! DO NOT SIT THERE AND TELL ME I DON'T UNDERSTAND. I KNOW WHERE MY MONEY COMES FROM!! We have our bills set up so we are each responsible for certain things!!
If you are not a member of this credit union and someone who is writes you a check (husband) and you go to cash it they want $5.00 and your thumb print... will never return to this bank.... money grubbing institution 5 negative stars and then they won’t let you use their atms.... what kind of company is this? Greedy.... and then they deny a 35 year customers tax return and deny his wife ATM usage.... HAVE A VIBRANT DAY!!!!! Not!!!! You suck!!!!
