Horrible. Issue after issue. Absolutely insane they don’t post credit card payments the day of payment, they post when the ACH is completed up to a week later. A agent on phone tried to convince me all credit card companies do that and wouldn’t reverse late fee. No, I’m sorry when I go online to pay Chase or Capital One the payment date is the date I make the payment. This is just one example of how backwards this credit union is.

I rate high vibrant for all to read this review. they will also retaliate and trash your credit they did it to us Been Member for 27 years! They have denied me co-owner benefits on Miltary accts, 01/03/2022. SCRA protections were denied: certain benefits and protections to a service member- We were co-owners on 2 acct for over 20 years they fail to protect them Told me straight out they will cash out his CD if I did not pay up another loan he was not on!
