Not happy with Vibrant Credit Unions choices to close all it's branches. Makes banking there extremely inconvenient and has tripled my time I need to allocate for banking due to their slow service. Head scratching decision. Leaving your customers behind in favor of vanity projects like a coffee house and an arena. Just why?

Adam was phenomenal. He knew I was busy at work so he went above and beyond to make the loan process as easy and quick as possible. He was also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Took upwards of an hour to simply get a new card printed. Unacceptable wait times, poor customer service.
