This was my first experience with Bowen therapy and I was blown away. Betty Ann was so gently, patient, and informative about the process and how it can help. The therapy was much lighter touches than massage but the relaxation in the moment was similar. Where Bowen therapy surpasses massage therapy for me is the ongoing effects days after. It isn’t just a physical effect, but mind, body, and spirit. I’ll definitely be back.
