Jose is one the best body mechanic therapists I have ever worked with. His expertise has helped me overcome a few major injuries (hip flexor, adductor, and sciatic nerve compression), and has become an important part of my regular training regimen. Where do I even begin? Jose is an evolving master of his trade, constantly improving and adding techniques to his repertoire that leave me feeling rejuvenated.
