Got to join a TRE session while at a healing retreat - I had heard about the experience from a friend and was really curious to try for myself. It was deeply effecting, physically and emotionally. I was sceptical at first but 5 years later I can say I’ve had the pleasure of working with Des doing TRE and will continue to do so. Des is truly one of a kind and has given me a lot of insight just knowing him. Without a doubt a must try to help shake all the accumulated stress life brings.

I hired Vibes TRE for a retreat I led in St Lucia and it was easily one of the best received workshops! Desmond each individual with so much love and care which allowed us to surrender to our meditative state whole heartedly.
