vibe wellness and Ariel has been the only relief from sciatica pain in my third trimester. Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book.
TLDR: I’ve been going to Vibe for the past 3 years, and I cannot recommend it more. Theres a very good chance that your insurance covers acupuncture, so you should give it a try. As a triathlete with a plethora of knee and shoulder problems, I was used to being in physical therapy, and was admittedly skeptical about acupuncture until I went to Vibe. Katie is an excellent acupuncturist! She's knowledgeable, professional, kind, and compassionate. The perfect combination to make her treatments very effective!
