I went in for a cut and color with Victoria, and I love it! She is an amazing stylist.
Emma did a beautiful job on my gel pedi. She was thorough and meticulous and gives a fabulous massage ! Booked my next one before I left ❤️
I was there Sept 2025. Janique did my hair and I'm completely devastated. I asked for a lot of layers shorter in the front to longer in the back. What I got was a couple of layers at the bottom 2 inches of my hair and still long in the front. I told her when she was finished that it was NO! She did not offer to fix it or help me. The salon took the exorbitant amount of money for a hair cut I was completely unhappy with. When I asked if I could come back to attempt a reshape they refused. I’ve been seeing Sonja at Vitality Bedford for over 4 years, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s so knowledgeable about the products and treatments, and has really helped me work toward my skin goals over the years. Beyond her expertise, she’s incredibly kind, understanding, and makes every appointment enjoyable — she’s great at reading the vibe and making sure I’m comfortable. I always leave feeling refreshed and cared for. Sonja is truly a joy to be around, and I can’t recommend her enough!
