I had such a great experience finding my prom dress here! The staff was welcoming, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. They helped me try on different styles without any pressure it made the whole process so much easier. The selection was amazing—so many beautiful dresses in different styles, colors, and sizes. Call before going- I arrived at 515 and they didn’t let us try on a dress because they close in 45 mins.
I trusted this business with my prom dress and provided a picture of exactly what I wanted, but the dress I received looks nothing like it. I am honestly heartbroken and frustrated
Thank you ladies with Vian Dresses I know I was a Quincezilla mom lol but y'all had patience with me and knew my name lol and made my daughters Quince dress come to real life y'all made it happen for us both. ladies were nice, but they altered my dress without my permission and said the straps “fell off”, i paid almost 500 dollars for this dress and when i mentioned the straps after i tried the dress on they said i would have to come back the day before prom (a week from then) so the seamstress could fix it. i went back the next day and they said the seamstress had it and to come back later, so when i came back later in the afternoon the dress was there and neither of the straps were put on. one of them had clips and thats it. my... read more
