Clean and comfortable. Everything was well stocked and the staff were friendly.
Crowded, hot, old, and the selection of drinks is a joke....get a real coffee machine. Far from a business lounge of any sort.
VIA's Montreal Business Lounge is a tired, overused, stuffy space. It's tough to swallow the pitch of a "premium experience". VIA should just open the space to all VIA customers and plan a proper business lounge like Toronto's or Ottawa's in the future (surely they must already be planning a renovation as the difference in quality and experience is strikingly obvious).
Nice little place to relax before a ride. It was with our business class ticket so not sure how much it is. It is not like a fancy airport lounge but has seating, wifi, bathrooms, coffee, fruit and pop/juice.
Small space, gets extremely crowded. The Toronto lounge is way better
