Staff were very kind and nice. I asked them about baggage storage service for the same day of the train ride, and they kindly took my heavy backpack and stored it with a tag.. 한국말 하시는 직원분이 엄청 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았습니다~

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. These people will go above and beyond for you. People who actually care. Shout-out to the gentleman who helped me on Monday, Aug 4th,2025 around 5:30pm. He helped me discover that I booked the wrong day once I got to the station(my fault) I wasn't even expecting to get on. This guy was a super hero! He managed to change my ticket date and everything within 5 minutes time, allowing me to get home on time!!
