I have never had a problem with via but today upon arrival M.Cruz (93express) started his day by yelling at me very aggressively in front of a very high traffic amount of people and denied me boarding per my bike was too small but it's not. It's legal and it fits securely just fine he's the only one who came at me I gave zero reasons for him to be aggressive behind the wheel. The best in the so far in Texas,they have good customer service,And Security keeps customers protected.They need to give the homeless people free 7 day bus passes,that would help them travel in the daytime.Amen
