Kel lac Transit center is a very good place to wait on and get on the Via bus especially with a very good field operation representative. She is very helpful.
This review is about via in general if you need to get somewhere on time, don't use these buses. These buses tend to run late more often than on time. And then when they do, you missed your connecting bus and you end up late getting where you need to be. For public transit, they're on Time performance is not good at all.
