So quietly changed Route 9 to come once an hour in the mornings now? No alert, no advisory, and now I’m late for work again. Your customer service isn’t even open on weekends when people actually ride. This is a joke

Very poor service. I used to be able to get my change on a card and pay my fare with it. Now I have to go all the way down to the transit center to get my change back and waste money and time going down there. Who in their right mind decided this?
Drivers that block an intersection marked do not block. 2nd time this week.
