Via Elegante is a beautiful community, and I really appreciate the effort that goes into providing activities and entertainment for the residents. However, after attending activities with my aunt and talking to residents families, followed by looking through the activity calendars, I have noticed an area where I believe there is significant room for improvement: cultural representation and inclusivity within the activities and entertainment offered. The staff at the Tucson Via Elegante is wonderful and so good with my mother-in-law who is disabled from a stroke and suffers from dementia. My grandmother with dementia was in the Sierra Vista Via Elegante and they were just lovely with her too. They helped us navigate Medicare and insurance to get her covered and settled in. Both locations are beautifully kept with gorgeous views of the desert.
