The staff is so wonderful. My friend, who I admitted back in October 2024 is very pleased with everyone as well as I am. She loves her nurses and the activities there . She is in a better place now.

Via Elegante is the best of the best. I was told this when I was searching for a place for my mother, and I still hear this. My mother has gone from almost dying from poor care in another facility to thriving at Via Elegante. The administrator Ira Branson along with every staff person have always treated my mother with care, respect and with concern for her well being. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience my Dad had while at Via Elegante Vineyard. He was warmly welcomed upon admission which made the process so much easier for our family. The Via Elegante staff is professional and so compassionate with the residents. I observed the care provided to other residents as well, and working in the healthcare area I am very critical about facility operations and how administration as well as the individuals in the caregiving positions interact with their clientele. My mom has always been a strong character, it's been 3 plus years she's been a resident here, they continue to give her the best care, I couldn't keep up with my mom but they do and are mindful of her well being and literally thank God she's in good hands.
