I have a close family member who resides at Via Elegante Assisted Living. He has been a resident there for the last year. The staff is very caring and supportive. We visited several other communities and chose Via Elegante after careful consideration.

We spent years at Prestige, but it’s clear they need better management and updates. They often struggle with being short-staffed, and their employees are underpaid and unhappy. In contrast, my first tour of Via Elegante was incredibly refreshing.
