I’m writing a second review because the care my husband and I continue to receive at Via Elegante deserves to be recognized. He has been a resident for nearly four months and is living with early onset Alzheimer’s. Recently, he had a particularly difficult weekend. My mom has been at Via Elegante Canyons for nearly two years. I cannot speak to the other facilities but Canyons has been a very positive experience for us. We tried for seven months to care for her at home following a stroke but it became clear that she needed more care than we could provide at home. Their staff has been amazing! The facility and staff are excellent. The food that is served to the residence is substandard.

Via Elegante Ramsey House was so wonderful to us and my father for his memory care. They really worked with us to manage his care and especially when he was having some difficult days. They were always available and very responsive.
