Very professional and empathetic staff. To be honest, I was JELOUS of the care mom was getting, food, medication, health treatment and medical professionals concerned on how to keep improving quality of life for every resident. Everyone was just like family from the staff to the residents, staff always courteous and inviting. I’m writing a second review because the care my husband and I continue to receive at Via Elegante deserves to be recognized. He has been a resident for nearly four months and is living with early onset Alzheimer’s. Recently, he had a particularly difficult weekend. The Health and Wellness Director and caregiving staff provided him with compassionate and attentive support, going well beyond what is expected. My mom has been at Via Elegante Canyons for nearly two years. I cannot speak to the other facilities but Canyons has been a very positive experience for us. We tried for seven months to care for her at home following a stroke but it became clear that she needed more care than we could provide at home. Their staff has been amazing! I feel the staff sincerely care for the residents there. “Making the decision to seek 24-hour care for my husband was the hardest choice I’ve ever had to make. From the moment I made that first call to Via Elegante, we were treated like family. Everyone has been so kind, compassionate, and supportive throughout this entire transition. The caregivers are truly amazing—they care deeply not only for the residents but for their families as well.
