In my opinion Via Elegante is the best senior care facility in the Sierra Vista area. My mom was a resident there for almost two years. The entire staff is top notch. They were so caring and compassionate and became like family to my mom. I live on the east coast and was able to rest easy knowing my mom was in good hands. Mom eagerly waited for and participated in daily activities provided by the activity director. On Halloween last year mom handed out candy with the staff to local children and had the best time. Wonderful staff, very caring, and many activities for the residents and their families Love them all! My mom has been at Via for just about a year, and I am so thankful for them in helping keep my mom healthy, happy and safe!

Very professional and empathetic staff. To be honest, I was JELOUS of the care mom was getting, food, medication, health treatment and medical professionals concerned on how to keep improving quality of life for every resident. Everyone was just like family from the staff to the residents, staff always courteous and inviting. Music, arts and crafts, a band that plays in one of the large rooms, electronic key codes for family that allows them to come into the facility at reasonable times and emergencies.
