Have banked in the past here but moved to a credit union closer to me. In the last 5 years, my wife and I had auto loans through them. We paid off her car in October of this year and were informed that we had one last payment of $19 (for a late fee) which I in turn paid in 10/4/24 and it came out of my account on 10/7/24. It has been sitting in the savings account for a month. I figured it would have been moved out and used to pay off the amount because a few weeks later, I received my title.
