The tellers here provide amazing customer service. Here you are a 'member' not a 'customer'. I've been a member for over 25 years!
Abby was extremely wonderful to work with when it came to trying to get an auto loan. I’ve never had such a lovely experience with someone. She genuinely goes above and beyond for her customers at VIA and it shows.. She made my experience so comfortable and made me feel like I was top priority, regardless of how stressful the process was. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! VIA is all around an outstanding credit union and Abby is a big part of that. She’s phenomenal & I wish I could give an even higher rating.
Utonda was great to work with for our personal and business loans. She responds quickly, is helpful and explains the process well. I highly recommend working with her for your mortgage needs.
