I had a great experience at this shop! I explained right away that I wasn’t buying since I’m not from the area and was only looking, but the staff still took the time to help me. The seller was genuinely passionate, very knowledgeable, and gave me honest advice for my future bike purchase. It’s rare to meet people who are so welcoming and willing to share their expertise without pushing for a sale. Highly recommend this shop if you want real passion and honest advice!
I got a flat tire on a trail, and fortunately, I was not too far from this store. The people there were super nice and friendly, and they fixed the issue very quickly without any appointments or waiting time. Moreover, I had a great conversation about cycling and traveling while I waited for my tire to be fixed. It was my first time in this shop and I got a lot more positive experience than I expected.
I don’t usually write reviews — partly because I’m lazy, partly because most places just aren’t worth the effort. But for this shop? I’m breaking my silence, unclipping my pedals, and shouting from the proverbial mountaintop (in full Lycra): Via Cilantro is the real deal. And JP?
