Beware they are scammers! First of all someone took our bag out of the van. They were not willing to help us until we told them we had contacted the police. It had my husbands laptop, iPad, all of his medicine, keys, chargers, cards etc.... we explained that someone had to have gotten it but they did not want to bother the other customers. We were able o get them to look at the cameras and we got that straight. I was cool until I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me for turning the car in at the airport. VIA CAR RENTAL ***** ******* This company told me one price n then I paid 400 dollars more n took 200 dollars for tolls n damages n I didn't damage the rear view mirror n did have that many tolls, I have sent many message n phone calls n they said I have to pay, really sad that a company can rip people off n sleep at night, someone needs to shut them down...I wouldn't given them any stars
