Regarding the Skilled Nursing Facility: My relative was sent here for rehabilitation after a hospital stay to help her regain her mobility to be able to return home. While I must say, the physical therapists did do a great job. Yet the “skilled nursing” part of this treatment facility completely failed to manage my relatives health challenges to the point where she was unable to even do the physical therapy. I visited the rehabilitaion center at the Vi Aventura. I was highly impressed, starting with the concierge to the Director of Nursing and her Team. Very proffessional and it is clear they love what they do. I appreciated the hospitality I was shown, and the residents were very well taken care of. Thank you for what you do for our Senior community!
