It went very smoothly no over zealous sales people very relaxed and I love my new living room set.

All of our experiences with VA Furniture market and outlet have been good. We have made multiple purchases over the years and will continue to go back. Joe and Gary delivered our furniture today and took great care in unloading and setting up. They were pleasant and accommodating. We were very pleased. Had one issue with a scratch on a piece and customer service is working to remedy that for us. Always pleasant and good customer service.
