Kristin was so sweet and very helpful in choosing a set that matched and would fit in our living room! We loved that there were so many choices at locations literally all near each other. Everyone was kind and helpful at every locations. We love our new set and delivery was amazing with Jordan!
We bought a 6 piece sectional and TV stand from VFM Decorators outlet and had them delivered. The experience was very positive from the sale prices to the staff that were not pushy but available for any questions and help. The delivery team (Jonathan and Matthew) on 5/10/25 were excellent as well. We were their last stop for the day and it appeared they had a full truck of deliveries since we were #8.
