Finally dropped my phone and cracked the screen after a year and a half. Took my baby S23 Ultra 512gig down to Vfix. It was cheaper than any of the others I called, so we gave him a try. The screen was perfect, but the pen didn't completely work. Fully updated phone to latest OS and still no pen. Took it back, and within a couple of days, she was fixed perfectly. It was this tiny ribbon cable, which he didn't even charge me for. Now that's customer service. Great job sir. Next, I'm going to buy an authentic hand-made rug.
