DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VFI - RUN!!!! I would give this outfit a negative rating. We are a small business and were contacted by VFI about a small loan for capital purchase earlier this year. They seem very nice and the approval process is presented as very simple. The hook is a single page letter of understanding. They require a deposit, which is normal, but they provide no loan documents or wording for an actual loan. That is where it goes south. Avoid. Bottom-feeding cold callers, will waste your time and money.
Attention contractors/tradesmen - do not waste your time, money and resources doing any work that is contracted out by this company. They are unresponsive to calls/emails, you will wait forever for payment if you ever receive it at all.
