Worst company ever. I made payments for my HOA balance in sepetember and its Feburary and they still havent released the file or respond to emails or calls. the HOA attorney Maureen, i have been following up atleast 5 to 7 times in email and calls and till date there is no response from this person. I could have given a negative 5 star if i would had an option to do. i have attached the email threads with no response since october 23rd
VF Law is the most unprofessional law firm I've ever seen. They take payments for my HOA and there's a couple of things. 1. The receptionist is rude, bad attitude and just unprofessional. If you're lucky the receptionist will pick up the phone and when she does, she's of little to no help and gets an attitude very fast. 2. Apparently the firm has one person named Karen, that takes the payments and when she's off, the whole operation stops until she's back.
