VF Law is the most unprofessional law firm I've ever seen. They take payments for my HOA and there's a couple of things. 1. The receptionist is rude, bad attitude and just unprofessional. If you're lucky the receptionist will pick up the phone and when she does, she's of little to no help and gets an attitude very fast. 2. Apparently the firm has one person named Karen, that takes the payments and when she's off, the whole operation stops until she's back. Customer Service is Horrible ... They don't communicate well
Funny I go to leave a review about how rude these people are and there are already other reviewers saying the same thing. My parents sold their house in order to pay off a lien and make good on some debts. Some lady who answers the phones/works here told my parents that they basically couldn't inquire about it because "that's not how it works." She suggested going through the title company.
