Customer Service is Horrible ... They don't communicate well
Funny I go to leave a review about how rude these people are and there are already other reviewers saying the same thing. My parents sold their house in order to pay off a lien and make good on some debts. Some lady who answers the phones/works here told my parents that they basically couldn't inquire about it because "that's not how it works." She suggested going through the title company. I have worked in the HOA Management industry for 20 years, and have worked with VF for many of those years. They are a very ethical law firm and work not only with the associations but the owners who become delinquent, are out of compliance or as directed or retained by the Board of Directors. I have never been as impressed by a firm that tries to keep litigation for an association to a minimum as VF.
