Very poor service,
I guess you don’t like the fact that somebody tells you like it is well if you want me to stop putting reviews about how poor your services do better
Driver claimed he arrived at 9:03 for my 11:30 appointment but never showed up never called or texted to let me know they write on the way or outside I have a camera and don’t see anyone pull up made me miss my appointment having to reschedule and he wanted to get an attitude because I reported him 0/10 highly disappointing
This Veyo transportation is unreliable. They schedule your trip and then cancel it for noason apparent reason they told me there was no drivers available for my 5 30 am pick up that I had scheduled 3 days priores.. So the drivers can pick and choose what rides they want and none.of them have to take it . So now you don't have away to get to your destination or appointments that.you.have.scheduled. this transportation company is not good at all MTM IS.THE COMPANY OF VEYO . r
Driver only shows up 50% of the time, and often without any warning or notification. Terrible communication & customer service. They will have one good month, followed by two bad months. (these drivers are only make like 50-75 cents a mile + sign on bonus or whatever) Your "business" seems to run like no one cares about the patient at all. Another thing....they will SPAM ur phone with broken links, & customer survey requests for rides that never showed up. This company gets a butt load of complaints, but nothing ever changes... read more
