On time don't schedule a pickup just call you don't have a long wait time and see how good things go
Had an orthopedic referral for an injury, couldn't get through to make set up my ride. The next day I got through, but by then the 48 hours window had closed, so I rescheduled my orthopedic and set up a ride. I never got a confirmation, so the morning of my appointment I called to verify my ride would be here, at which point they said they denied the ride because of mileage, with no notice to me to leaving me only 2 hours to find a ride some other way for an injury orthopedic appointment. I am so disappointed these ride shares are great when they come on time but when there running late and make us miss appointments it's frustrated your missing work to have to miss work again. Please do better. Between towns . Then they blatenly lie about a cab is on the way waiting outside and never showing up. Then to.top.it off you call verify every thing they need and waste time asking again what to already answered 3 min ago making it impossible to your appointment on time sorry not the first time.
Customer service is horrible! They treat Disabled people like crap. None of the drivers are equipped to handled or know how to work with Disabled people. I am a Disabled wheelchair user. When you complain they do nothing. All the customer service agents are rude. It’s disgusting the treatment we get as Disabled persons. I’ve had my wheelchair damaged, been sexual abused, disrespected, and am never hooked up correctly.
