When using mileage reimbursement, they find excuses to not pay or the app is not working. I made a complaint on 7-1-25 about M7 I requested M7 to not pick me up again was told it was notated in my account and the supervisor that took the complaint over the phone said M7 would not get anymore of my trips. This service is trash. It is either super early or late. You can never get ahold of anyone , the app itself is glitchy. I had to come on and edit my comment. Just this week alone, I had two scheduled appts that the drivers were late to pick me up. The first one was close to 20 mins late but the app sent a notification that they were arriving at the regular time. The second ride was late and ended up needing to utilize Lyft who was also late. The driver never show up and miss appointment. When using mileage reimbursement, they find excuses to not pay or the app is not working. Automatic phone message is very repetitive when asking for customer service. Horrible service
