Let me start off by saying this isn't a Hertz or Enterprise who will redirect you to 5 different people before telling you that they don't have the car that you reserved. This is a group of devoted guys who are providing the highest quality service that a customer may ever see. I have to be honest, I reserved a car late at night and the day before I needed the vehicle, and I had to make calls three different times to extend my reservation due to issues that came up with my travel plans.
