Very prompt in answering the calls, I went for a hydra facial. It was very relaxing and very unique. Definitely did feel a lot of softness in the skin. Prior to going there, I was dealing with a lot of dry skin and I feel a lot moisturized. Tess was the one who did this facial. I like the way she approached. She didn't waste my time and was ready to even start sooner than the appointment because of my parking situation. I bike 45 minutes from Rockridge to the Laurel to see Barbie. I'm a mixed race person with thick curly hair, which means when I find a hairdresser I like I stick with them. Barbie not only gives me a great cut but the process of getting my hair cut is a joy as well. She listens to the desires I have for my hairstyle and helps me to get there, the salon space smells lovely and has sweet things to look at and buy, great! if you need a gift, and Barbie is a wonderful insightful person, always a great chat.
