If I could give this business a ZERO I would. My first encounter with Mrs. Burke was very pleasant and I thought that she would be our tax provider for years but this year was the complete opposite. I delivered my taxes to Mrs. Burke on 3/12 and she said they would be ready in a week turnaround. First issue she canceled due to weather. She was scared to drive in the rain and so I was completely understanding. Next meeting she never canceled on me without a phone call or email. Been going here for over a decade, never had any issues. I'm surprised by the previous review, if there's something your tax agent says that they can't talk to you about, it's probably an issue to discuss with the IRS.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service. The rudest people I've ever experienced! The owner is excruciatingly rude! I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere! I had my taxes done there last year- and began the process of buying a house shortly after. There was a discrepancy in my taxes that needed a short explanation from Ann Burke (since she was the person who prepared them).
