The issue that I have is not with this particular Branch but with the parent company. They are not doing you a favor because you're a veteran. They are getting your guaranteed money because you're a veteran and then they are selling your loan to a different company. My loan has changed hands I think three times in the last 6 years, now I occasionally get harassed by some company called Carrington. I just recently used them. The loan officer I used was Lindsey James. Her and her team were absolutely incredible through out the whole process. They are very much veteran oriented, they appreciate all of their vets!! They are amazing people to work with!!
