Kyle Gardner sat on my refinance for 2 months and apologized. Admitted to just forgetting about it. The old refinance paperwork wasn't even right. It didn't have the updated property tax reduction. He promised a rate reduction for his mistake. He sends me the new refinance paperwork, and it is literally just a copy of the old paperwork with nothing changed. Has my son's name under an alias. I used Josh,Rachel,Lauren,Brandon from MO. For my home purchae in North Carolina. Use this address to locate Josh 111 Corporate Office Drive, Suite 400 Earth City, MO, 63045. He can lead you in the right direction. Josh is a great loan officer.. Rachel is very sweet and helpful. Lauren is the same as Rachel. The two ladies work together. Brandon is the insurance guy I like him alot as well. Use these people for a great home buying experience!

Im a realtor. My client was set to close on 11/15. Ryley literally text me on 11/12 saying we was short about 500 on the loan and had the audacity to ask me to cut my commission. I was baffled! What lender waits 4 days before closing to tell a realtor this. My client was told no closing fees. Ryley refused to take my call but proceeded to text me lengthy messages. What type of loan offer text a realtor at 4:30 four days before closing with horrible news. So inconsiderate of this veterans needs. I got the supervisor involved ... read more

First off I’m glad Mitchell is a new father and wish nothing for the best for him and his family. As far as Mitchell handling this whole process, it was absolutely frustrating and just plan unprofessional. He just left for about a week. No Notice no communication no nothing. We even had to push our closing date back almost a week because well nobody, literally no one responded to us?? I deeply regret doing business with veterans united. Would not recommend anyone who is trying to purchase a home to use Veterans United.
