This review is specifically about loan officer Stephen Coloni. I reached out to Veterans United for a refinance and initially received a verbal quote that sounded reasonable. Once the Loan Estimate arrived from Stephen Coloni, the numbers were drastically different, thousands more in fees than what was discussed. When I emailed asking for clarification and transparent rate options, communication stopped.
