Rick is diabolical. This company transported my mom. The transporters were clueless about the implementation of safety measure for my mom. I knew something was right when Driver Destiny (a smoker) came to the door smelling like a chimney. I asked her who was smoking, she claimed no one was smoking. She lied. The surveillance camera shows her smoking. My mom has to have oxygen with her. Destiny refused to take the oxygen on the stretcher.
