We are using Yvonne for the second time. Her and Andy have helped us several times while we looked for homes in Washington and then we bought a home with them in Texas. Now we are working with them to buy a home again in SC. It is very convenient that we can work with our same trusted lender no matter which state we are buying in. Our first purchase went pretty smooth on the lending end. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

We fired Yvonne/Veterans Lending Group after months of delays and a myriad of other issues. Poor communication, unfilled promises, lack of expertise, no sense of any kind of urgency, the list goes on. Further, they are not a true local lender, as we were farmed out to Cross Country Mortgage (CCM) after going under contract. CCM is based in the Midwest, with our processor located in Michigan. We had utilized the services when we first purchased our home. After a year of being in our home, we wanted to refinance for the purpose of consolidating everything in to one payment. Yvonne Stanton at Veterans Lending Group was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were nervous about purchasing a home, it is obviously the largest purchase a family can make. I got a great rate, and Yvonne was able to clear up a legality issue with a previous lien on the property. I was thrilled with her work that saved me a lot of money.
