Id give zero stars if I could. They pre approved me then said I needed to sell my house first. Sold my house then was denied the loan the days later and left pregnant and homeless a few weeks before Christmas. Don't waste your time
The gentleman I spoke with told me I had a 618 credit score I needed a 620 so then I purposely I had a hard credit ran my credit was 659 credit score place I was looking to by was $39,000 cause of his lies and problems with doing any low money financing a buyer came along put in a bid for 30,000 and closed I don't recommend veterans mortgage you hire a lender to help not to sabotage a real-estate business opportunity.
